Reporting Library

The Easiest Way to View Your Development Data

minware visualizes your development data with relevant context and drill-downs like no generic BI tool can.

See Your Development Data the Way It Was Meant To Be Seen

Spreadsheets and BI reports are great for simple data, but development data is not simple. To really turn insights into action, you must be able to navigate from high level reports to all the commits, branches, and tickets behind them, while being able to access their wide variety of associated fields and events.
minware's reporting library was designed from the ground up to display development data the way that developers, managers, and executives want to see it, like no generic BI tool can. minware's reporting library is specially tailored to put everything you need at your fingertips during one-on-ones, sprint retrospectives, and board meetings.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I see all of the reports?

The best place to see all of the reports is in the walkthrough documentation. However, the walkthrough only scratches the surface of what's possible. If you want a demo of all the custom reporting capabilities and options, please contact us.

Can I build custom reports?

minware offers a variety of custom reporting options for all of its users. However, we are able to produce custom reports using building blocks from our reporting library for enterprise customers the just like an in-house data analyst who is an expert in development data. The sky is the limit. If you have questions about how to create any type of report, you can contact us.

Is there a limit to how much data the reports can handle?

Perhaps, but we haven't hit it yet with orgs that have several thousand developers. All of the reports are built to progressively load data while you are viewing it so you can quickly go from aggregate data for 10,000 developers into individual commits and tickets.

Can I still export my data into a spreadsheet?

Yes, minware reports let you export the data from its reports into a spreadsheet. We try to anticipate the most common reporting needs, but can't do everything, and acknowledge that sometimes you just need a stand-alone document to put into a presentation or send to the finance team for tax auditing.

Also, the data that minware exports is already processed and aggregated for viewing the same way it is in the report, making it easy to work with in a spreadsheet export.
