Individual Contributions

The individual contributions report shows all of the ways that an individual has contributed to software development in one place.

It is helpful for seeing what an individual did to review during management one-on-one meetings or over a longer time period to make sure managers don’t miss important work during performance reviews.

This report shows where a person’s time went grouped by epic, ticket, and pull request over time.

It also shows charts of tickets that the individual created and completed.

The report shows how many pull requests the individual reviewed grouped by PR author to see how they are contributing to the team in a technical leadership capacity.

Finally, it provides detailed table views showing the amount of effort devoted to individual tickets and pull requests.
